5:15 pm (PDT) Critique Group Round Table

6:30 pm (PDT) General Meeting Presentation

Marilyn Meredith

Marilyn Meredith is the author of over 40 published books including the Deputy Tempe Crabtree mystery series and the Rocky Bluff P.D. series.

She will talk about her publishing history which included people who had no idea what they were doing, a couple of crooks, two others that decided publishing was not for them, publishers who died, and where she is now and why.

She’ll also reveal why Reversal of Fortune is the last in the Rocky Bluff P.D. series, and why The End of the Trail was to be last in the Deputy Tempe Crabtree series, but along came The Trash Harem.

Round Tables Critique Sessions begin at 5:15 pm

Terry Sanville and  Mark Arnold will critique your work

Please keep your submission to two pages, typed, 12-point font, double spaced. This is a great—and safe—way to see what the critiquing process is all about, get valuable feedback from two fantastic writers, and practice reading your work to a small audience

This is an opportunity to get feedback on your work in progress and practice your constructive critiquing skills. It is also a great way to get to know other writers in our group. You do not have to bring along work to participate. Please keep submissions to double-spaced, 12 font, two pages.

All pages submitted should be Word files (.doc or .docx).  Word files are easier to review and critique and are the industry standard for submissions.

Please email your submissions to Terry and Mark at least a weekend ahead of time:

Terry: tsanville@sbcglobal.net

Mark: markarnoldphd@gmail.com
