General Meeting – Author Showcase Night

Calling All Published Authors!  Are you a published book author and current SLO NightWriters member with up-to-date dues (paid for July 1, 2025)? This is your night to shine!     Although Slots are filled to do a Synopsis at the tables, you may still showcase your book after the meeting for sale. With interest from members, we can do another on a Saturday maybe on a Saturday in November?

How to Participate:

• Sign up when you attend the general meeting in person – closed
• Event coordinated by Program Director Dodi  (author: D’Andrea C)

The Evening’s Format: We have 8 available slots for authors to share and sell their published books, with two substitute slots reserved as backup. This night is closed to new sign-ups.

Our list include: Terry, Tricia, Judy, Kevin, Kit, Doug, Tony and Harvey

Show and Tell Sessions: Each author will have 15 minutes at their designated table to:

• Present a synopsis of their book
• Introduce their work to attendees
• Share their publishing journey (all if time permitting)

Looking Ahead: We’d love your feedback on this evening’s format! If well-received by our members, we’re considering hosting another Author Showcase Night in January 2026 to kick off the new year. Please let us know how you enjoyed the evening – your input will help us plan future events.
